The sun is shining and so are our smiles! June and July were so busy, but they brought many cool new things: we launched the long-awaited 21 day Language Learning challenge (which is starting today and truly poppin’, so make sure you join while you can here), and we finally brought JoClub Fluent out into the world.

Learning a language. This is a full circle moment: around 3 years ago, I created a JoClub session titled “Zest for Life,” in honor of my birthday month. As a gift to myself, I’d host a journaling hour asking questions to bring us all closer to what makes us feel alive. By question three, it was clear I had deprived myself of my favorite thing in the world: learning new languages. I signed up for Egyptian Arabic the next day, and began remembering who I was at my highest vibration - curious, playful, eager to learn Jo. I’m starting the 21 Day Language Challenge today, and because you opened this, you can still join the party. I bring global minds on a three week journey to unlock new layers of their lives in multiple languages. Get ready to feel alive. Last chance to join the challenge here. Jo Franco, JoClub Founder

A song that reminds me to live. One of my favorite songs ever is “I lived” by One Republic. The line “I owned every second that this world could give” reminds me to use my time on this planet. You can find this song and other similar ones on our “Zest for Life” playlist. Check it out here. Annie, JoClub Team
It’s time to get motivated. If you feel like your life is currently missing that little kick of zest, our Motivation Prompt Pack is exactly what you need. It’s the go-to “get out of bed with a pep in your step” guide. The 36 prompts are designed to get to the root of your motivation and learn how to cultivate it when things feel a little slow. Radio hour. One of my favorite podcast episodes is from the NPR TED radio hour and it’s on “success”, it’s really good! Also, I've been listening to DJ music from “My Analog Journal” on YouTube and they have some groovy sessions! It’s the perfect summer vibe while you work! Maria, JoClub Facilitator
Unlock your creativity. I know this is a popular one but I love Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. This book will teach you how to be creative despite your fears! Melissa, JoClub Facilitator
P.S. Remember to add us to your ‘Safe Sender’ list or drag us to your ‘Primary’ inbox so you don’t miss out on any prompts and JoClub news.

Written on June 17th, feeling like Summer is finally here in Belgium so I treated myself to writing at a cafe with a nitro cold brew, caffeine coursing through my veins, vibing like I'm a travel journalist in the wild. Hi Global Minds Since my new show, Big Little Italy, came out on National Geographic, I've gotten tons of questions about how this happened. How did I go from YouTube to Netflix, to Nat Geo? *I'm still shocked that it happened, AHHH!* But first, a flashback. It's 2020. I'm in a...
Back in my office in Antwerp, Belgium with frigid fingers because Spring is struggling to make a full entrance. But I'm back, baby. Hi Global Minds There's something uncomfortably poetic about returning home to stillness after so much movement. The silence is deafening. My passport is worn, my voice is hoarse from speaking so much in five languages, and my heart is full from connections that spanned continents. But all of this commotion came at a cost: I've been noticeably absent online. And...
